Provision of a Company Secretary

A Bermuda company just needs one director, who does not have to be a Bermuda resident.

The Companies Act of 1981, on the other hand, stipulates that a Bermuda company must have at least one Bermuda resident statutory officer, and if there are no Bermuda resident directors, the company secretary or an additional officer known as the Resident Representative must be based in Bermuda.
